Karaoke videos in Mic Night are found on and played from YouTube. By using Mic Night's playback features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Video content belongs to its respective creators and rights holders; Mic Night does not host, store, or modify any video or audio content. Song availability, video quality, and whether a karaoke version exists for a given song depend entirely on what is available on YouTube at the time.

Mic Night is free. If optional paid features or additional curated songbooks are offered in the future, they will be one-time App Store purchases governed by Apple's standard in-app purchase terms. Payments never unlock access to YouTube content itself — only Mic Night's own features and curated catalog metadata.
Mic Night is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation or that any particular video remains available on YouTube.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S-View Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mic Night.
